One of Liberia’s leading medical doctors and an
illustrious son of Liberian leader Ellen Johnson
Sirleaf has agreed to speak and dine with his
kinsmen at the historic FELMAUSA Inaugural
ceremony in Newark, New Jersey.
Come November 7th Dr. Adama Sirleaf,
a renowned physician, will serve as the keynote
speaker at the historic program which comes up
with less than 3 weeks.
The much talked about inauguration ceremony has
already gathered enough steam as massive
preparations for the successful hosting of the
event continue unabated.
The event, under the watchful eyes of youthful
President of Mande, Sekou Fofana, is also
expected to showcase an array of prominent
personalities, who have been invited as Special
Guests of honor. There will also be a raffle
draw with some of the finest prizes at stake to
be collected by the lucky winners.
Dr. Adama J. Sirleaf is a 1990 graduate of
Meharry Medical College School of Medicine. With
over 15 years of experience, Dr. Sirleaf is
affiliated with six different hospitals in the
Connecticut areas.
He is a certified physician in the American
Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) "Emergency
Medicine", the certification that assures that
he possesses the knowledge, skills, and
experience requisite to the provision of
high-quality patient care.
To maintain board certification, the Physician
participates in an extensive process that
involves completing accredited education and
specialty training and periodic oral and written
exams to demonstrate competency in the field of
Emergency Medicine.
A physician who specializes in Emergency
Medicine focuses on the immediate decision
making and action necessary to prevent death or
any further disability both in the pre-hospital
setting by directing emergency medical
technicians and in the emergency department.
The emergency physician provides immediate
recognition, evaluation, care, stabilization and
disposition of a generally diversified
population of adult and pediatric patients in
response to acute illness and injury.
