A mother, a sister and a healthy community advocate Mrs. Mamasu Komara Dudu is set to make history if she wins the vice presidency of the Minnesota Mandingo Association (MMA).

Already, another MMA pop idol Mohammed Ezah Dorley has declared his intention to run for President in the ensuing MMA elections. Dorley, if he wins will succeed incumbent MMA President Musa Kamara.

Reports reaching FELMAUSA News suggest the all-smile and happy mother has submitted her letter of intend to the MMA Elections Commission to contest the VP post.

According to sources in Minnesota, a state with one of the largest gatherings of Liberian Mandingoes, Mamasu, wife of popular Liberian Professor Momoh Sekou Dudu will become the second female to vie for the VP position.

“If she wins, she becomes the second female vice president since the founding of the organization,” one source who is knowledgeable about MMA hinted FELMAUSA News Wednesday.

Ms. Musu B. Bah was the first female to serve as vice president for MMA.

Mamasu Sayon Komara Dudu also stands to become the first female on the FELMAUSA board of directors if the process determines her to be the vice president for MMA.

Mamasu has the requisite qualifications as required by the elections guidelines and she is electable. “This woman has lot of ideas and coming to serve her community at this time in need, she will be an asset, trust me,” one MMA resident told FELMAUSA News.

Meanwhile, Mamasu looks forward to a productive electioneering process as she prepares to serve her community to the best of her God-given abilities.
