On behalf of the planning committee, I whole-heartedly extend my profound thanks and appreciations to all those who came from far and near to make the second annual Liberian Mandingo convention a gigantic success.

Leaving your distinguish jobs and responsibilities to attend the just ended convention indicates the hopes and aspirations we all share as Mandingoes, and our desire to identify and solve issues that affect us as a community.

To those who did not come due to whatever reasons, we will encourage you to come over the next time around. It is a wonderful experience to be a part of such an awesome grouping that will discuss the future of our community.

Convention 2009 will be a greater opportunity for you to make up for the ones you missed.

In spite of the enormous success of the just ended conference, the planning committee aspires, with your help and advice, to make the next convention even better one.  Critiques and counsels are entertained by the planning committee.

We believe that listening to your constructive analysis will help us be in a better position to make adjustments. We are always positioned to rectify anything that was not done right during the planning phase of the just-ended convention.
