The death is
announced of Alhaji Maka Fofana on
Monday, February 4, 2008 in Conakry,
Guinea. He was 97. He leaves to mourn
his death his wife, Haja Kadiatu Kaba,
five children: Abubakar, Kabineh, Mbalu
(Philadelphia), Mawah and Aisha, 17
grand children and host of other
relatives and friends in Africa, Asia,
Europe and the United States.
Meanwhile, prayer
service for the deceased will be held on
Sunday, February 17, 2008 in Frederick,
Maryland at the residence of Kabineh
Fofana. The address is: 3614 Denison
Street, Frederick, MD 21704. According
to Mbalu, the service will begin at
12:noon.
